Our company’s end products are also bulk marketed to other processing industrial labs. That is, efficiency is quantifiable but not total profit. Here is a simplified picture of one of our plants’ average production demographics.
Industrial Thinners
An average plant of ours is capable of producing about 4000 metric tons of industrial thinner of A-grade quality per year. The calculation parameter is based on the notion that the units work for 100 days with 40 metric tons of thinner produced in each batch.
Lubricating Oils
The demographics are based on the fact that the units operate for 100 days, producing approximately 20 Metric tons of lube oil per batch at a rate of 20 Metric tons. The final average production rate comes to 2000 metric tons of lubrication oil per annum.
Fuel Oil
The production of fuel oil typically takes 6 to 8 hours per batch, depending on the type of oil being produced. On average, the production rate is approximately 6,000 metric tons per year, with each batch yielding 60 metric tons.
